  • Power UP TRX: Yes you can do push ups! Get lean, toned arms, back and shoulders with this 30 minute targeted TRX workout for your upper body.
  • Torch The Fat TRX: Get your body beach ready with this 45 minute fat blasting TRX workout! All levels welcome. Modifications provided.
  • TRX MIXX: Each week each workout will be a MIXX of TRX and something else. Keep your muscles working, your body challenged and you’ll love the way you look and feel!
